The Surat Police is set to interrogate Shilpa in connection with the case held in 2003, postering underworld King Fazal-ur Rehman well known as Fazlu.
Fazlu,now in Tihar jail in connection with several attempt to murder, kidnapping and extortion cases, said to police that Shilpa Shetty asked for his help and subsequently he started threatening business man Pankaj Agarwal.
Shilpa was not ready to comment on this.
